Orscheln designs and manufactures electronic throttle control cables and systems for engines used in the on-highway and off-highway applications. We offer electronic throttle pedals (or electronic foot pedals), the EV2 Vernier control and dual output hall effect sensor to the OEM market.
Electronic Foot Pedals
The electronic foot pedals offered by Orscheln includes mounted and suspended designs. Each pedal will deliver a smooth and precise signal which interacts with the engine’s electronic fuel management systems. These pedals are fast-reacting which provide smooth operation for the driver. We also feature Orscheln’s longer-life programmable Orscheln Products Sensor.
Dual output Hall-Effect sensor.
Speaking of which, Orscheln’s Hall-Effect sensor has sensors that are electrically independent and independently programmed. These sensors meet FMVSS requirements and allow for fast, accurate and correlated verification of the sensor angle determined by the engine’s electronic fuel management systems.
EV2 Vernier Control
The EV2 vernier control is a hand operated control for precise, yet variable engine speed adjustments on various application’s electronically controlled stationary engines. This also applies to remote operating positions on mobile equipment.
