Electronic Throttle Pedals Manufacturer
Serving our industries as the quality and dependable electronic throttle pedals manufacturer.
Orscheln Products L.L.C. has served the motion control systems industry since 1946. Over the past 70 years, we can say we’ve learned a lot along the way. This is attributed to working closely with our clients in multiple industries. For this article, we’ll talk about how we have evolved as an electronic throttle pedals manufacturer.
It all started with an inadequate parking break.
In the 1930s, the Orscheln Brothers were in trucking and their parking brakes continually failed them. Driven by poor quality of their parking brakes, Al Orscheln created his own ‘overcenter’ parking break. Patented in 1939, the levers were only installed on the family’s fleet of delivery trucks. In 1946, Orscheln Brake Lever Manufacturing Company was incorporated to build the brake system for sale to others.
Today, Orscheln has grown to include Electronic Throttle Pedals, Park Brake Systems, Control Cables, Fluid Level Indicators (Dipsticks), Electronic Throttle Controls and Electronic Shift Controls.
We offer two designs to our clients that work with us as their electronic throttle pedals manufacturer.
That’s the benefit of working with Orschlen Products LLC. We offer a variety of components, including electronic throttle pedals for our 6 industries within our Electronic Throttle Control Systems product line. Our products have the potential to deliver a precise signal which can interact with the engine’s electronic fuel management systems. Why is this important? It provides a smooth responsive interface with the operator.
Electronic Throttle Pedals are offered in floor mounted and suspended designs. Each design delivers a precise signal that interacts with the engine’s electronic fuel management systems. The fast-reacting pedals provide smooth driver operation and feature a durable, longer-life programmable Orscheln Products Sensor. Our pedal are made with polymer components. These components create a lightweight pedal, as much as half the weight of current pedals in the marketplace. Steel base plates are available upon request.
