Construction Features of Orscheln Products’ HP Control Cables

Several construction features of Orscheln Products’ HP control cables include:

  • End Fittings: Feature corrosion-resistant materials designed to offer longer life. The Standard 3, 4, and 6 Series rods and sleeves are 300 series stainless steel, while the hubs are aluminum or stainless.
  • Seals: HP seals are standard on Orscheln’s HP control cables. The seals are designed to prevent moisture and contaminants from entering the cable.
  • Liners: The Felsted™ brand cables use polymer liners, available at -65° to +225°F among other options. Factory lubrication can provide for increased core performance without requiring further service.
