Orscheln Products, a global leader in the production of motion control systems for the heavy-duty marketplace, offers complete shift actuator systems, designed for transmissions with a mechanical interface, like the Allison® 1000/2000 Series. These shift actuator systems are programmed to provide a shift-by-wire system that operates over CAN J1939 and are comprised of two main components: the electric motor actuator and the push button shift selector. Orscheln Products’ complete shift actuator systems can provide diagnostic feedback if programmed to communicate with the TCM, and can provide for bump shifting in applications where needed.

The electric motor actuator is designed with durability in mind, as it features a sealed design with a heavy-duty metal enclosure and the push button shift selector features options for button labeling and bezel configuration to meet a variety of customer specifications.
