Heavy-Duty Motor Actuators for Electro-Mechanical Transmissions

These heavy-duty motor actuators are designed for electro-mechanical transmissions to provide a shift-by-wire system that operates over CAN J1939. Other features of Orscheln’s heavy-duty motor actuators for electro-mechanical transmissions include:

  • A linear shaft output designed to provide for direct or remote connection via a control cable
  • Increased actuator reliability due to a quality hall-effect sensor
  • A sealed design with a heavy-duty metal enclosure, designed to allow the actuator to be located most anywhere
  • An integrated motor controller designed to simplify connections and increase reliability

The heavy-duty motor actuators are available in 12 or 24 volt and communicate with a programmable push button shift selector.
