Orscheln Products has a dedicated research and development team for motion control testing. At Orscheln Products, we are proud that the majority of research, development, and testing is done within our own walls at our manufacturing headquarters in Moberly, Missouri. Orscheln Products has built its strong reputation by using high-quality materials, manufacturing reliable products, and being a time-tested source for many different motion control solutions. At Orscheln Products, we have a 7,000 square foot in-house testing lab which houses all of the Orscheln Products’ testing operations. Here is a short list of testing capabilities offered by Orscheln to help ensure that each of our products meet internal and/or customer specified requirements: backlash, environmental (high to 350 degrees F, low to –60 degrees F), tensile, thermal shock, salt spray to B117, humidity, endurance, load/efficiency, travel/efficiency, leakage, and UV testing. If you are requiring a different test, we offer additional testing through outside contractors.
